The AXR Sauvignon Blanc blends the old winemaking style of Bordeaux with the complexity and rule-bending spirit of the Napa Valley, aging 50% in stainless steel and 50% in French Oak barrels to add additional complexity to the versatile grape.

On the rim: pale grey gold with touches of mercury and green

On the nose: beautiful expression of fruit like passion fruit, pineapple, lychee, pear, crushed rocks, Meyer lemon, quince and jasmine

On the palate: round entrance evolving on a very bright mid-palate lingering on fresh cut fruit like banana, grapefruit, mango and yellow currant, cassis buds
